How to exercise these rights
Email mail@empireoflight.love from the email address you registered with, telling us what you want — see, export, or erase. We verify it’s really you by replying to that registered address before acting. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days — usually much faster — and we confirm in writing when done. No fee, no questions, no hard feelings.
The honest edges: erasing removes every Wheel record listed above and your marketing contact record. If you ever purchased from us, payment transaction records are kept as the law requires (tax and fraud rules) — those live with our payment processor, not here. Aggregate statistics were stripped of your identity the moment they were written and cannot be traced back to you — there is nothing there to erase.
Request erasure
You can start it here. Enter the email you signed up with and we will send a confirmation link to that inbox — that round trip is how we know the request is really yours.
Nothing is deleted by this button. Erasure cannot be undone, so a person reads and approves every request rather than a script doing it the moment a form is submitted. Here is exactly what happens:
- You confirm from your inbox. Nothing has happened yet.
- Your request joins a queue a human reads. We aim to act within 48 hours and we commit to 30 days.
- We remove your Wheel records, your membership entitlement, your report, your access keys at our edge, and your marketing contact and community membership.
- We check afterwards that the records are actually gone — we query every store again rather than trusting the deletion.
- We write to you naming what was removed and what was kept.
What we keep: payment transaction records, if you ever purchased, because tax and fraud-prevention law requires it. Aggregate statistics were stripped of any link to you the moment they were written, so there is nothing there to erase.
